I had a car accident this morning in Henrietta, and needed a towing company to come out as soon as possible to help. I called Colon’s Auto Towing, and the service was outstanding. Alvin Colon was on scene within minutes, assessed my needs, and knew exactly what to do to extricate my car carefully from the scene. He was not only knowledgeable, skilled, and efficient, but he also handled my emergency with kindness and respect – and that was much appreciated at a time I felt pretty rattled. If you find yourself in need of towing service, I highly recommend Colon’s Auto Towing.

This guy was absolutely reliable and prompt with dropping off two cars and then coming right back to tow me as I was stranded in Rochester an hour away from my home . He was also the most affordable service by $100 less than his competitors. Definitely recommend him for anyone, anywhere.

Alvin from Colons Auto Towing is the absolute best!! I live in Detroit and my brother lives in Rochester, NY. Alvin helped me to get my brother’s car from the Rochester airport to the Cortese Dealership so new key fobs could be made. My brother has Parkinson’s and lost his keys while traveling home from Mexico from my son’s wedding. I called Alvin from the Cancun airport, and he said it would be no problem – he would get the car that day or the next morning. I had absolute trust in him and when I wanted to give him a tip, he said, “don’t worry about it.” Alvin apologized as he thought his pricing was too high as it was an unusual towing situation. The best towing in town the prices are reasonable. The service from answering the phone to pickup my car was excellent. All I can say is that it doesn’t get any better. Best experience ever.

This is by far the best towing company I have ever felt with, I needed my car moved so I called another towing company to do the job,in short after waiting a lil over an hour they came and couldn’t do the job, I then called COLONS !!! When I tell you he had a job he was on already and still promised to come and help me in about an Hour, he was there way under that hour, with confidence and expertise he handled my situation and was very friendly,,,needless to say I fully recommend COLONS towing, hands down !!!!!

If you notice businesses around Rochester named Colon’s, they are most likely all from the same wonderful family. I’ve come here before, but didn’t review that time. Just noticed my inspection sticker nearing its due date, NEXT THURSDAY. Called this afternoon and got an appointment within a couple days. I TRUST Colon’s, because his brother Ron, who runs ALL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE (been taking care of my plowing & lawnwork for a few yrs now) recommended him. It’s a friendly, capable, dependable hard-working family. (Dad has the Towing company.)

Stuck on the side of 390 after 2 tires blew out. Not really sure where I was, they came and found me. Super nice and great service at a great price. Definitely saving their info if needed again. I wasn’t waiting long and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
